Uma's resolution: No Mo' Smokin'
Uma Thurman apparently has decided to kick the habit and join the unhooked generation.
The lithesome actress blames the grip of nicotine for her failure to land movie roles in the past, claiming the habit left her out of breath and unable to tackle action scenes.
She once said, "I used to smoke so much that I got winded if I did any exercise. I was never rippling and toned like a lot of my colleagues."
Now after years of trying, she reveals, "My evil old buddy has gone."
