Former Bond girl Denise Richards -- who posed for Playboy magazine in 2004 -- will get naked for the July issue of 'Jane' to raise money for the Clothes Off Our Back foundation.Said Richards: "I am not quite sure what I will be wearing. I think I will be wearing clear balloons. 'Jane' has done this before, so I think it will be a pretty issue."
Richards -- the estranged wife of actor Charlie Sheen and main squeeze of rocker Richie Sambora -- insists she wasn't worried about baring it all, regardless of the fact that she's a mother of two.
"I ate my face off" prior to the shoot, she said.
The magazine will feature a number of other celebs in the buff, including Heidi Klum, Jenna Fisher, Sanaa Lathan, Gretchen Bleiler, Rachel Blanchard, Rachel Miner and Brittany Snows.
The Clothes Off Our Back foundation holds online auctions of celebrity outfits to benefit various children's charities.
